How many calories are you allowed?!!!
How many calories should i eat? Contrary to what we may think, calories are not there to spoil our lives! Whether we like it or not, we need them: calories provide us with the energy we need every day to cover our body’s expenses. Because yes, even if we often skip sports classes, our body burns calories even when we sleep! To lose weight effectively, we must ensure that we balance the number of calories consumed and the number of calories burned throughout the day.
On the other hand, you may be wondering why your girlfriend or boyfriend can eat twice as much as you without gaining weight? Because we don’t have the same caloric needs. They depend on our age, our sex, our body type, our physical activities, the time of day when the calories were consumed… and many other variables.
This is why it is useless to start a diet or to set a quota of calories to consume per day without really knowing your own caloric needs.
